Welcome. This site is for the official business of Swanton Abbott Parish Council but we hope it will become a resource for all the village to use. Under the “Documents” tab you will find all the Parish Council Standard documents, including standing orders, code of conduct, minutes, financial statements etc. and handy links to these are listed under “Council”, where you will also find information about coming Council business. Minutes and Agendas ahave their own tab. The “Home” page contains useful information about what is happening in the village, from bin collections, mobile library info. More social events are listed under the “Social” tab, while “Bowls”, contains a list of upcoming matches, teamsheets, the fixture list, recent results and league tables when available. There are separate tabs for the Play Park, Village Hall and the Church and Chapel, which give an overview of what is happening in these areas.
